How Joell University handles the information shown inside the Grade 12 Graduation Portal.
What we collect
The portal shows your name, section, and school email so you can confirm you are viewing your own graduation resources. Nothing else about you is collected here.
Photos and video
Ceremony photos and the highlight video are produced by the school for the Class of 2026. They are shared with graduating students and their families for personal, non-commercial use.
How information is used
Information is used only to personalize the portal and to give access to graduation materials. It is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
Requests and takedowns
If you would like a photo removed, or a correction to how your name appears, contact the Grade 12 coordinator and the change will be applied to the official album.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page before graduation-related materials are added or replaced.
